How do we know which laws in the Old Testament should still be kept and which ones are no longer necessary to keep?

Hello there! I have always wondered this! Like are we suppose to slaughter sheep still? I don't even own a sheep or know someone who does

haha one that i'm thinking about is not eating pork. pork tastes really good.

Right haha in the OT it says not to eat fish without fins or scales
