Lately I’ve been hearing people questioning about God that why would He allow the pandemic and all the chaos happen in the world or like all of these is a punishment from God. I don’t believe that God intentionally makes mankind suffer. Have you heard of those comments too? How do you manage it and not let yourself being affected mentally?

Yeah I heard these questions too.
Personally I always remind myself that God is good, and that the source of evil in this World is the Devil, and mankind who disobeyed God's commands. God does not want anyone to suffer; He wants to save people.
That is why He sent Jesus, so that people could be saved from their sins and have the hope of Eternal Life.

I've also heard that a lot of people blame God, and it saddens me that they misunderstand the Creator in this way.

@clouds I used to be one of these people unfortunately, but God was able to guide me to Him and I believe with prayer God will hope others too.

I dont think that God intended for the world to be chaotic like this.

I also dont think it is fair to blame God when ultimately people are the ones doing bad things. wouldnt the issue of suffering be more because of the people rather than because of God?

I also find it quite strange that people blame God as soon as something bad happens in this World, but do not show any gratefulness or even have a thought for Him for all the GOOD things they are enjoying in life.
And boy, if we are honest, there are so many things we ought to be thankful for... Just being alive is such a blessing.
Just my personal impression though, haha

@clouds I agree. You know people hate that feeling of being misunderstood by someone else, but can't even imagine how God must feel if billions of people blame Him for all the bad things that happen in the world. I think we need to try to understand God's perspective
